In this garden, what we call “flowers”

are all created by hand.

All flowers in this garden are handmade one by one.

Because of this, each piece has slight differences in color and shape.

Bead-stitch flowers are delicate works made of thread and glass beads.

Please avoid pulling them, applying strong force, or exposing them to strong impact,

as this may cause damage.

Please note that depending on your device or viewing environment,

the color, texture, and size may appear slightly different from the actual piece.

Some flowers in this garden use metal parts that are designed to be suitable for people with metal allergies.

However, depending on your skin condition and environment, reactions may still occur.

Some glass beads used for decoration may have metallic coatings on the surface

(such as aurora coatings).

Please check the description of each flower and make your decision

based on your own condition and environment.

Your flowers will be shipped within 20 days once they are ready.

Shipping is free, but international shipping may require an additional fee.

International shipments are handled by a forwarding service,

and packages may be opened for inspection during transit.

Each flower is carefully packaged before shipping.

Due to their delicate structure, slight shape changes may occur during transportation.

Please gently adjust the shape after arrival if necessary.

If any damage or parts have come off,

please contact us within 3 days of arrival.

We would appreciate it if you could check the condition soon after delivery.

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

We cannot accept returns due to differences in image or personal expectations.

Care Instructions

Please store the flowers away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water.

Over time, the color and shape may slowly change.

These changes and experiences are considered part of the artwork.

All flowers are handmade individually,

so please understand that the piece you receive will not be completely identical to the photograph.

Order cancellations are not accepted after purchase.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item has an initial defect.

If there is any damage or defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery

and include photos showing the issue.
